GENERAL CONDITIONS We accept only adult, age 18 or above. Minimum number of participants are two persons per tour otherwise stated. The tour will not go ahead in case the total number of participants has not reached the minimum number. Then, it might be cancelled in case the number of participants has decreased. In this case, cancellation fee will not apply to the client who has not cancelled by himself/herself. ​ Maximum number of participants is six persons per tour otherwise stated. ​Please note that tour is not a private tour otherwise stated.  There will be at least one changing room per gender. However, if you are couple, we might ask you to change at the same changing room at once. All tours will be done on foot. If you have any difficulties for walking tour, please let us know in advance.  However, please note that there is a possibility to reject your booking. We will upload the photos of our tours to our SNS and website.  If you do not want to be appeared on SNS or website, please let us know when booking. For men, please wear an undershirt (V-neck recommended) under the kimono. In case of extremely bad weather (typhoon), we will call off the tour. Information will be send to your email address used for booking, at least 12 hours ahead. Therefore, please kindly check your inbox before leaving your hotel. NO refund or claim will be accepted after the tour has been finished. ​LANGUAGE English / Japanese only PAYMENT Cash on spot - Japanese Yen only / PayPal(in advance) Cancellation Policy Before 7 days or more - 0% / 6 - 5 days before - 50% / Less than 1 day or NO SHOW - 100% Remarks Specific meeting point for each tour will be given upon reservation. Digital photos will be transferred to you after the tour - most likely on the same date.  You can leave your personal belongings at the changing room but please note that there is no locker. Therefore please carry your valuable items - smartphone, wallet, purse and etc. with you during the tour.
